Direct Gas-Fired Tunnel Oven

Direct Gas-Fired Tunnel Oven is suitable for baking various kinds of breads, cakes, meat-filled pastries, etc.

This type of tunnel oven introduces hot convection air directly into the oven hearth, ensuring sufficient heat transfer to the middle of products. It is equipped with infrared radiation device to facilitate higher temperature demand (350C to 400C), shortening baking time and saving energy. The tunnel oven is equipped with multi-exhausting system along the tunnel oven body to control product moisture requirement.

In this type of tunnel oven, burning gas does not contact the product directly, but rather transfer heat by heat radiation plate, ensuring even heat distribution, contributing to thin and crispy product surface. It is easily operated and maintained with one-touch operation, suitable for industrialized mass production.

It is equipped with Stainless Steel 304 mesh belt conveyor for food product contact, easy to clean and durable. Hot air recycling system lowers energy consumption of the machine and its open-type design allows daily cleaning. Air channels along baking chambers are easily adjustable for even air flow for high product capacity and desired dried quality.
